KBN POLL: Should Land Owners be allowed to Fire Cannons?

Hill Country residents were very concerned Tuesday night when they heard extremely loud booms coming from a distance. Multiple people have reported to us that Kerr County dispatch said that it was nothing to worry about, because someone was just firing a cannon. Firing a cannon?

The extremely loud booms originated between Ingram and Hunt but were heard as far away as Harper. So we are not taking a side on this one way or the other, but we want to know. Should residents be allowed to own and fire cannons on their property?

This poll is now closed. The vote was 85.2% Yes and 14.8% No.
