GHM President Mike Taylor unveils new KBN mission statement, logo

Our mission is simple. It’s to continue transitioning into something that everyone in this part of the Texas Hill Country can enjoy and depend on for reliable, up to date news.

We will be showcasing the positive news as it’s happening in our area and reluctantly and sometimes somberly, reporting on the bad news, as part of an obligation to keep local residents aware and alert of what is happening in our environment.

We will provide instant, up-to-date non-biased, completely neutral and non-partisan news, with all news stories, including news stories that have to do with politics.

We will report the news in a way that is non-intrusive to the rights of victims, in a respectful matter and not report any information that may violate their privacy.

We will build relationships with local first responders and make sure to show them the gratitude and appreciation that they deserve, and encourage the public to do the same.

We will provide local business owners an avenue to educate new and prospective customers on their products and services and help convert them into long term customers, improving their bottom line and helping the entire local economy.

We will provide an outlet for the needy, and non-profit organizations who need help and funds, to get their message out to the public and to personally help them whenever and wherever possible.

We would love nothing more, than for you to join us if you haven’t already, on this new journey that we are embarking on, with our sights set on bettering the entire community.
