Johnny Bailey III arrested for allegedly robbing the Nuemart on Meadowview

From Kerrville Police Department just moments ago:

(February 21) On February 21, Kerrville Police Department Criminal Investigators executed a warrant on Johnny Bailey III for his part in the Aggravated Robbery on January 26, 2018 at the Neu Mart convenience store located at 608 Meadowview Lane. The second suspect has been identified but his name is being withheld as he is a juvenile.

A warrant for Aggravated Robbery, was issued by Precinct # 3 Justice of the Peace Kathy Mitchell. Bailey is being held in the Kerr County Jail with a bond sent at $100,000.

Aggravated Robbery is a 1st Degree Felony, punishable by 5 to 99 years of incarceration with a fine up to $10,000.
