Center Point man charged with 20 counts of promoting child pornography

A Center Point man by the name of Cody Douglas Ratliff was booked on Wednesday, February 7th, 2018 into the Kerr County Jail with 20 counts of “Possession with Intent to Promote Child Pornography”, each with a separate bond of $10,000 each and also one count of property theft between $750 and $2,500.

His total bond is $202,000. We will provide more details as they become available.
